Tuition & Fees
TUITION POLICY
Students taking class at the Legacy Frederick studio, CVPRD facilities, and the Fort Lupton Rec Center will have tuition collected through the Dance Studio Pro Parent Portal via auto-pay, Sept-May. Tuition will be posted on the first of each month, and auto-pay will run on the 5th (unless the 5th falls on a weekend, then auto-pay will run the following Monday).
CVPRD policy requires a different rate for students who do not live in the Carbon Valley Recreation District. Monthly fees are shown in the tuition schedule below.
Credit Card Processing Fees: New for the 26-27 season, all payments made by credit card will be charged a 3% processing fee. Families who pay by ACH are only charged a 1% processing fee. Debit Cards are no longer accepted.

30 minute classes - $60 per month
45 minute classes - $65 per month
60 minute classes - $75 per month
Ballet 4 & 5 (meets twice weekly) - $110 per month
Unlimited Classes $425/mo
Multiple Class Discounts per Dancer per month
3rd class - $15 discount
4th class - $20 discount
5th class - $25 discount
6th class - $30 discount
7th class - $35 discount
8th class - $40 discount

**Students who attend classes at CVPRD facilities, but do not live in the CVPRD taxing district, will be assessed a higher tuition rate of 30 min - $80, 45 min - $98. This does not apply to classes held at Legacy Dance Frederick Studio or Fort Lupton Recreation Center.
LATE FEE POLICY
Parents are expected to ensure that credit cards registered with Dance Studio Pro are current and sufficient funds are available.
If cards are expired/declined, Legacy Dance will provide one courtesy notification via email which must be corrected by the 10th of the month or a late fee of $10 per day will be assessed. If fees are not paid by the 15th of the month, the dancer will not be allowed to participate in class until charges and late fees are paid.
For costume fees: A late fee of $40 will be assessed on November 19, 2026, for any unpaid costume fees. All costume fees and late fees must be caught up before costumes will be ordered, or it may result in dancers forfeiting the right to participate in the showcase.

COSTUME FEE PAYMENT
All costume fees for the Spring Showcase will be automatically deducted November 13, 2026 from the dancer's Parent Portal Account.
All costume fees are non-refundable, even in the case of a class withdrawal. Costumes will not be distributed to dancers with overdue balances. Dancers who withdraw after costume fees are charged will be able to pick up the paid costume after costume distribution week in the spring.
Costume Fees include one pair of uniform tights or socks.

$110: Junior Ballet/Tap Combo, Junior Jazz, Junior Hip Hop, Ballet 1-5, Tap 3-5, Jazz 3-5, Pre-Pointe, Pre-Teen & Teen Ballet/Tap Combo, Contemporary/Lyrical, Musical Theatre
$125: Tap/Jazz 1-2, Hip Hop 1-4, Pointe 1 & 2, Adult Combo
Performing Company: included in team participation costs
