DanceFit


DanceFit is a conditioning class open to all current Legacy students enrolled in Ballet 1, Tap/Jazz 1, and Hip Hop 1 levels or higher.
Students will engage in cross training exercises to increase their endurance, strength, and general fitness. Guest teachers and varied classes keep the workouts fun and engaging.
Prior classes have utilized workout styles such as Pilates, Kickboxing, and Interval Training.
